field of play advertising (FPA)
No field of play advertising is permitted at the Games. The challenge of the FPA program is to ensure that sponsors are provided with the good branding opportunities and locations possible, while ensuring a clean and well-presented Field of Play that can be identified as being part of the Games. This is achieved through integrating sponsors into the Look of the Games program. The Games are the only major sporting event in the world, where there no advertising is allowed either in stadium or on athletes.

field of play surround
All places around the field of play and mixed zone at the competition venues. The field of play and its surrounding area is probably the most important part of work for the Look of the Games Program. It is the area most covered during broadcast, where the athlete competes and acts as inspiration to his/her psychology with the Games marks all around.

4 field of play (FOP)

field of play (FOP)
For the purposes of generic definition, FOP is defined as the area used for sporting competition plus the immediate and surrounding support areas at which a boundary separates the attendant spectators. The design and specifications of each field of play varies from one sport to another and are in accordance with IF rules. As such, the boundaries of the FOP and activities permitted to take place in it are distinct for each sport. In sporting vernacular, the FOP is often referred to as court, field, diamond, pool deck, track, ring, course, arena (or similar name).
